Machine

Cast iron machine body with low center gravity design.
High precision LM guide way and backlash free ball screw drive type X-axis (Wheel feeding axis) and Z-axis (Wheel left and right feed axis) slides
Modular mechanical design of X,Z slide part and C-axis,shaft tailstock to reduce failure factors and improve maintenance convenience
High precision spindle and inverter speed controlled spindle motor.
Traditional horizontal mechanical structure to minimize interference of movement between C-axis (workpiece rotation axis) and the wheel feeding axis
Adopting high rigidity design and high precision bearings of the rotating C-axis

Example : 1st path - Stock removal, 2nd path - Left chamfering, 3rd path - Right chamfering

Square lens

Square or rectangular shaped lens centering
Up to 1 path 5 cuts programmable
Separate input of horizontal and vertical length is possible (rectangle, square)
Corner radius grinding is possible

Double side(H-type) lens

Lens centering in the form of circular lenses with two straight lines
Up to 3 pathes 5 cuts programmable
Different line lengths can be input
Corner radius grinding is possible
Circular part chamfering is possible

Single side(D-type) lens

Lens centering in the form of circular lenses with one straight lines
Up to 3 pathes 5 cuts programmable
